Parents who wish to withdraw their child must apply for a Transfer Certificate (TC) in the school’s format.
Applying for a TC
- Submit the TC application at the school office at least 7 days before the collection date.
- Bring the child’s and parent’s original Aadhaar.
- Clear all dues, including transport (cash only).
- For transfers within Telangana, attach a no-objection certificate from the new school.
- To withdraw after the academic year, apply by the second week of January.
- TCs for Grades 6 – 7 are issued after results are approved by the School Board.
- TCs are not issued during the summer vacation — apply 15 days before school closes.
Grounds for leaving
A student may be asked to leave for disciplinary reasons, unsatisfactory academic progress, or absence of 30 continuous days without permission. Re-admission is at the Principal’s discretion, subject to seats.
